Paper forms

From 13 August we no longer accept paper versions of seven payroll forms.
These forms must be submitted within IPSA Online.
This is part of our ongoing work to provide a better digital service.
Using the forms function within IPSA Online will be quicker, and more secure, and will allow you to check the history and status of your form online.
The paper forms we have removed all have guidance to support you to complete them electronically. The forms are:
Proxies will be able to submit these forms on behalf of staff members. All other forms will remain unchanged for the time being.
