IPSA Online upgrade – what you need to know
IPSA Online is being upgraded this summer.
The upgrade will introduce new features and improve usability. There will be a short period when IPSA Online won't be available while we move to the new system.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. The changes we are implementing will provide you with an improved experience when using IPSA Online, and help us provide a better service to you in the future.
When is IPSA Online being upgraded?
The upgrade is due to take place between midday on Friday 6 August and 10 am on Tuesday 10 August. We will let you know once these dates and times are confirmed.
During this time IPSA Online will not be available to you, nor IPSA staff.
Please ensure that you have completed all necessary IPSA Online tasks ahead of the upgrade.
Reconciling your payment card
Under the current timeline, the deadline to reconcile your payment card for June will be extended to 23:59 on Wednesday 11 August.
Ahead of the upgrade, we have been working with frontline staff and volunteers to ensure any changes to the system are reflected in our Using IPSA Online guidance.
All guidance and any associated images will be updated ahead of launch and you will experience no downtime when using this website during the transition.
