Data publication – 16 March 2023

Next month we will be publishing details of MPs’ business costs for October and November 2022 as part of our routine publication of data every two months.

You can now access the latest batch of your business costs using the Publication Data service.

If there are any issues please contact us by 9 March.

Deposit loans

A list of active deposit loans will be included as normal in our Annual Publication later this year. This is a snapshot of the data as it exists on 31 March each year.

If you have a deposit loan and would like to repay it so it is not included in Annual Publication, payment must be received by IPSA by 31 March 2023.

Deposit loans are only due for repayment when a registered property expires on our system.

If you are staying in the property, please submit a Property Amendment Form as soon as possible.

If you are moving to a new property, you can request for the deposit loan to be transferred to the new property when submitting your new Property Registration Form.

Alternatively, we allow 30 days for the deposit loan for an expired property to be repaid.

If you have any questions about your deposit loan or would like to make a repayment, please get in touch.

Updating your registered dependants

The Accommodation Budget uplift will be removed at the end of the financial year in which an under-18 dependant turns 18.

We will do this automatically and let you know we have done it.

However, if your situation changes before this or you are no longer the primary carer/have parental responsibility for a registered family dependant, please let us know so we can update your budgets.
